Participation Requirements
1. All athletes must complete the KHSAA Athletic Participation Form and Medical Eligibility Form. The athlete/parent will complete pages 1-2. The physician will complete page 3. The remaining pages of the medical physical will be kept by you and your medical provider. Physicals are good for one year. Upload pages 1-3 in Arbiter Registration (see below).
2. Greenwood is utilizing Arbiter Registration to streamline the paperwork process for our athletic teams. Each student athlete will need to create a Family ID account for the 2023-24 season. If you are a multi-sport athlete and already have a Family ID account, you can use your existing account and add Track & Field as a sport so our program can access your information. Upload pages 1-3 of the KHSAA Athletic Participation form and Medical Eligibility form in Arbiter Registration. Instructions for setting up the Family ID account are linked below.
3. All athletes will ride the bus TO any out-of-county meet. However, athletes may ride home with a parent. If your athlete will be riding home with a parent, you must turn in the Rejection of WCPS Transportation form. This form must be notarized. If you will ride the bus TO and FROM the meet, this form is not required.
4. Sign up for our email list.
